In 2009..,
After a loved one was diagnosed with cancer, an alternative lifestyle was discovered; a plant lifestyle. This by totally eradicating all animal products and incorporating fruits, grains, vegetables, and herbs into ones daily diet. It was like the dawn of a new day!
Over the years there’s been an increasingly large interest around this lifestyle including herbal supplementation. The problem? Most don’t know where to begin.
Lack of education and misconceptions are common reasons for this.
